Functions of the system
Integrated S2B system is composed of several inter-related integrated units, which can also function independently (individually):
Payroll account is a standardized module for records of personnel, working hours, payroll account, with all other accompanying records (work position/education/type of activity etc.).
The module contains all reports and functions required by accountants, module for integration with general ledger and reports by company’s management.
Material management module contains all functions which are necessary for dealing with material (warehousing/processing/distribution/sale/costs etc.), and all required statistical reports and overviews.
Sale and purchase (module intended for wholesale/retail) with complete reporting system, analyses by categories/producers/brand names and other system parameters.
Cash register (for retail) with integrated loyalty cards,
Contracts (commercial) – buyers, suppliers,
All other commercial functions (order/purchase/sale/analyses)
The module is supported by a very complex reporting system functioning on the principle “from higher to lower level“(aggregate data can be seen first by a category, and afterwards it is possible to view details from which aggregate data are derived).
An elaborate coding system (commodities/brand names/groups of commodity/customers/ contracts with customers/ price lists (central/local)/types of documents/ rules for transferring transactions into general ledger), serves as a foundation from which a complete reporting system by all elements (of these codebooks) has been developed.
The system is well integrated with auxiliary devices (hand held) for transfer of barcodes of goods into our cipher system.
Sale/purchase module is fully integrated with other segments of our system (employees/general ledger etc.)
Fixed assets, module is basically intended for monitoring life cycle of fixed assets of a company

Fixed assets module is designed in such a way to track all changes which happen to any asset purchased for company’s needs. Additionally, this module will provide other functions as well, which are necessary to monitor the asset.
Warehousing /inventory tracking/monitoring the status and other functions of asset
Cashier’s office, a standard module for records of payments orders for and by the cashier’s office, with records of relevant day books, entries and reporting.
Financial book-keeping (accounting) is a central module of our system and by its content and settings it is convenient for medium and large enterprises. In addition to standard functions (manual book-keeping /overview of posted orders/ KIF - outgoing invoices book, KUF - ingoing invoices book/records of balance/account classification/ customers), it also has a very rich reporting system intended for analyses of segments of a company/whole company, and quality and quantity control systems for work of employees of a company.
Marketing and production, records of contracts with media/sale plans/invoicing schedule, reporting.
Loyalty program (records of internal cards/collection of points/dots/benefits for customers /discounts/ bonuses etc.). The program supports active marketing functions (sending messages to mail/cell phone etc.).
Quality control - assessment, records of orders for assessment, control of operation, reports and other functions aimed at control of personnel operational quality/ quality of implementation of certain procedures.
Administration, module is intended to control access of employees to our system and it contains complete information about what/when any system user did.
